You have to aim to set up dummy's spades - forget diamonds!

Take the club with the Ace. Play a heart to your Ace. Play your spade and DUCK it in dummy (play the 8). Win the return .... if this is a spade, trump it .... anything else, win the trick and and play a trump to dummy's king (if trumps are led, just take with dummy's king). Now lead a small spade from dummy and trump it (unless you've already done this because a spade was returned). Now take out the last trump with the queen, remaining in dummy. You now have 4 spade tricks (AK plus the two remaining hearts).
You make 6 hearts, 4 spades and 2 aces.
